How do I access my photo gallery?

You will have received an email with a link to your photo gallery. Click on the link and enter your email address and password pin to view the photos.

How do I purchase photos?

Step by step guide

Browse: Take your time to look through your gallery.
Favourites: Use the “heart” icon to mark your favourite photos. You can review your photo selections by clicking on the "Favourites" tab located above your photos. If you can't decide, there is an option to buy the entire gallery!
Shop: Click on the "Print Store" tab above your photos to view prices and packages. Add the desired package to your shopping cart.
Choose: After selecting a package, choose the specific images you want to purchase.
Review: Review all your selected photos in the shopping cart before proceeding to purchase.
Pay: Add your payment details. This is also where you can enter any discount codes you have before finalising your purchase.
Enjoy: You will receive an email with a link to download your high resolution images.

Note: Watermarks do not appear on final products

How much do photos cost?

Note: The total number of photos in a gallery will vary for each individual.

Are the photos watermarked?

The online gallery images are watermarked for protection. Purchased digital downloads will not have watermarks.

How long will it take to receive digital photos?

Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. You will receive an email containing a link to download your high-resolution images.

I can't find the link to my gallery / my gallery link has expired

If you can't find the link to your online gallery or you link has expired, please get in touch to request a new link to be emailed to you.

How long will my gallery be available?

Can I order photo prints?

At the moment, we only offer digital photos. However, you can easily order prints from various retailers. We recommend doing a bit of research to find a printer that provides high-quality prints, as the quality and colours can vary significantly between different providers.
We recommend Camera House for personal photo prints, they offer a great range of sizes and finishes and you can upload your prints to be delivered straight to you or collect in store.
